The Hot Mommas Project is an award-winning women’s leadership research venture housed at the George Washington University School of Business, Center for Entrepreneurial Excellence1. It is the world’s largest women’s case study library, providing free online access to stories of female role models and mentors2. The project aims to increase the self-efficacy of women and girls across the globe through exposure to inspiring stories of successful women3.
The Hot Mommas Project Case Study Competition is an annual event that invites women from all walks of life to share their personal and professional experiences in a case study format. The cases are judged by a panel of experts and the winners are awarded with cash prizes, recognition, and publication in the Hot Mommas Project library4.
Kristina’s case study was selected as the best among the entries from 121 countries, and she received a certificate and a prize. Her case study will also be featured in the HotMommas Project library, where it will serve as a valuable resource and inspiration for other women and girls.
